Q: Which should I use? ItemsAdder or Oraxen​

  • A: This is mainly a question of taste. For beginners, I'd recommend ORAXEN as it is easier and cleaner to set up. ITEMSADDER have a bit more features. Regardless of what you choose, both of them have similar features.

Q: I cannot mine custom ores!​

A: Please use this command to get pickaxes:

ITEMSADDER: /iaget [username][item_id]

ORAXEN: /oraxen give [username][item_id]

The id should be like MYTHRIL_ORE, or ORICHALCUM_PICKAXE, the auto-fill feature will help you.

Q: I see this bug in the setup, how do I report it?​

A: Use this channel: to report bugs, use the POST GUIDELINES on the right side of the screen as a guide, please follow the format otherwise it won't get accepted!

Q: Can I request a feature to be in the setup?​

A: You absolutely can! Just like with bug reports, please use this channel to request any features in the setup. Just make sure to follow the guidelines written on the right side to get you started.

Not all requests will be accepted. We have to take in consideration many factors, including free time, viability of such suggestions for example.

Q: I asked for help but no one helped me! What should I do​

A: Hey! Even though that we tend to answer tickets as fast as we could, there might be times when we may forget. You are allowed to tag staffs after 6 HOURS of not being replied, but please don't spam us or tag us without reasons, it really annoys us and could get you into consequences.

Q: Can I request license transferal between Polymart and McMarket​

A: Yes, but once transferred your old license will be removed to avoid abuse (if you're transferring to McMarket, your old license at Polymart will be removed, and vice versa). Please open a ticket and send us your links to both of your McMarket and Polymart profiles to initiate transferal.

Q: How often do the setup get updated?​

A: The setup is updated weekly to ensure all bugs are fixed and experience are smoothed out. Major updates (with new features) will come monthly. This is only estimation and the real time may vary based on our schedule.
